"How weird is to think that your safe place can be a Volcano? End yet, it is a common feeling amongst a high percentage of people living under the slopes of the most active and biggest volcano in Europe, "her" majesty Etna. It's not that classic kind of security, but the knowledge that she is always there with her activity, her energy, her presence. Unsurprisingly, we call her “The Mountain”, or even better "Mamma Etna". Once again, I can feel a deep connection with the wildest nature. It's like having a costant presence in my life and whenever I leave home and look at the horizon it's so strange to not to see her shape."
